5 Crock Pot Freezer Meals

It’s almost fall, back to the hustle and bustle of managing our time between work, school, and extra curricular activities.  Nothing is easier to whip up for dinner than a pre-made crock pot freezer meal.  Take the stress of dinner of your shoulders!

5 Crock Pot Freezer Meals:

  • Italian Chicken
  • Cranberry Chicken
  • Chicken Teriyaki
  • Balsamic Beef Stew
  • French Dip

1) Italian Chicken

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Diced Tomatoes (28oz)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Add all the ingredients to a freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. Thaw the bag before cooking.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

2) Cranberry Chicken

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Whole Cranberry Sauce (14 oz)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  1. Add all the ingredients to a freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. Thaw the bag before cooking.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

 

3) Chicken Teriyaki

  • Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • One bag frozen stir fry veggies
  1. Add all the ingredients to a freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. Thaw the bag before cooking.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve over rice

 

4) Balsamic Beef Stew

  • 2 pound Beef Chuck Roast
  • 2 cups Carrots (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Beef Broth – NOT NEEDED UNTIL DAY OF COOKING
  1. Add all the ingredients to a freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. Thaw the bag before cooking.
  3. Add 2 cups of beef broth to crock pot with contents of the bag.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

 

5) French Dip

  • 3-4 pound Chuck Roast
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

ITEMS NEEDED DAY OF COOKING:

  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 can of Beer (dark works best)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 Hoagie Rolls
  • Provolone Cheese (sliced)
  1. Add all the ingredients to a freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. Thaw the bag before cooking.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Slice or shred the meat
  5. Assemble your hoagie rolls with meat and provolone, butter and toast the roll first if you’d like!
