Swiss Chicken Casserole

1) Layer a pan with chopped raw chicken

2) Top chicken with 6 slices of swiss cheese.

3) Pour cream of chicken soup and milk mixture over the cheese.

4) Top with stuffing mix and melted butter.

5) Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

Server over rice!  Super flavorful and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chopped chicken (raw)
  • Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Stuffing mix
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°.  Layer the chicken on the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Cover the chicken with 6 slices of swiss cheese.
  3. Mix the cream of chicken soup with the milk and pour over top of the cheese.
  4. Top with stuffing mix and drizzle the melted butter.
  5. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
  6.  Serve over rice and enjoy!
